The Best Music Videos of 2004

25.12.2004

My favourite music videos of 2004. Not much. Looks like the music video is a dying artform.

Eurostar: Yé-Yé. Interesting concept and editing. People perform "incongruent" actions which then form the transition to the next scene.

Robbie Williams: Radio. Directed by Vaughan Arnell. Nice tatoos. Nice bodies. Nice dancing.

Jay-Z: 99 Problems. Director Mark Romanek.

Faithless: I want more. This is the first video, the one with the North Korean gymnasts.

I quite liked the original video for PJ Harvey: The Letter, it was/is the kind of video I would like to have made myself, but I can't find it anywhere anymore.
