Shaun Tan and Andrew Ruhemann: The Lost Thing

The Lost Thing directed by Shaun Tan and Andrew Ruhemann. It has won numerous awards, including the Crystal for Best Short Film at the 2010 Annecy International Animation Festival. It was recently nominated for an Oscar. It's really beautiful and moving. It is so incredibly rich in detail, you really need to watch it at least twice.
