Chinese construction company Broad Group, which specializes in energy efficient buildings, constructed this 30-story hotel in Hunan province, China in 15 days. Their previous record was 15 stories in 2 days.

I do wonder about the plumbing and the wiring though, but if they can do a building in a few days they can probably do the sanitary and electrical infrastructure in a few days more.
