Site Redesign

Over the next few weeks I will be making some changes to the site's design. It won't be a total redesign, as in the past. Most of the changes will be behind the scenes, but there will be some notable new features. I will move to a new server, which will hopefully make the site load faster and I plan to implement some nifty new tools.

The redesign was occasioned by my upcoming transition to HD video, so look out for that. I will also change the format of all photos in the database. All of this meant that I had to define a new grid structure. I also plan to make the whole site more consistent. And as part of a rethink of what this site is about, I will be removing some dead wood, meaning that some blog categories will have to go and some posts will be deleted.
