Baker lies along Interstate 15 between Barstow and Las Vegas. Even more than Barstow it relies on drivers making a rest stop. The Mad Greek is a pretty wacky diner. You don't expect a Greek restaurant in the middle of nowhere. They serve great milk shakes.
