Building: Public Toilet
Location: Groningen, The Netherlands
Architect: OMA/Rem Koolhaas
Year of completion: 1996
Comments: The photography on the public toilet is by Dutch photographer Erwin Olaf. The public lavatory is fun, albeit slightly disfunctional. The drain that you can make out in the front right of the picture appears to be for both water and urine so to get in and out you have to either step across or wade through.
