I first visited Hong Kong spring 2006. I arrived late in the afternoon. As we drove through Kowloon I got all excited. I wanted to shout to the driver to stop the bus there and then so I could get out and take some photos. When I reached my hotel in Causeway Bay I dropped my luggage in my room, grabbed my camera and rushed outside to get to Wan Chai. I was so busy taking photos that evening that I almost forgot to have dinner. I had an amazing time and November that year I went back for a longer visit. Spring 2007 I was lucky to spend a few more days in Hong Kong. I've been meaning to go back for years, but for various reasons I haven't done so yet. Maybe this year.

The above photo was taken from the bus to the airport on my first trip to the city. I found it hard to say goodbye. So I wanted to take one more photograph. It turned out pretty well.
