On my first trip to Japan I'd planned a day trip from Tokyo to Kyoto. As I soon discovered spending a day in Kyoto was way too short. So on my second trip to Japan I scheduled three days for Kyoto, which again was too short.

Along the hike from Takao to Hozukyo, which is actually quite a nice hike. The hills surrounding Kyoto are really beautiful.
