Lisbon has a great vibe. When, a few years after my first visit, I was invited to give a lecture in Porto, I arranged to also spent a few more days in Lisbon. I'd love to go back one day to see what has changed and what has remained the same. I especially enjoyed strolling around Alfama and the Barrio Alto.
