Banteay Kdei is one of many temples in Angkor, Cambodia. It was built in the mid-12th to early 13th centuries during the reign of Jayavarman VII in the same style as the Bayon temple at Angkor Thom. Banteay Kdei was one my favourite temples at Angkor and I visited it twice.

The temples of Angkor: Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm, Ta Som, Preah Khan, the hidden and rarely visited Ta Nei and the astonishing Beng Mealea, which is a long drive from Siem Reap.
